Residency applicant criteria and dates:
The CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Pharmacy Practice Residency Program accepts two new residents per year. In order to be considered for an interview, an applicant must:
- Have graduated, or will graduate from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school.
- Have a Texas pharmacy license or be eligible to obtain a Texas pharmacy license within one month of starting the residency program.
Applications will be accepted starting December 15 with a deadline of January 15. We will begin the interview process in January and host interviews on Mondays and Fridays through the end of February. The residency year will begin July 1 and end June 30. Residents must complete pre-employment health screening and general hospital orientation in June prior to beginning the residency.

- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation
- Transcript
All positions are offered through the ASHP Pharmacy Resident Matching Program.

- Salary: $38,000
