Mother and Baby Center
Sharing the miracle of birth from one generation to the next is our focus at the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-City Centre Mother & Baby Center. We offer our patients expert Labor & Delivery Services in a homelike setting. Additionally, LifeCycles, our women's health program, will prepare you for the joys of parenthood through our free comprehensive educational programs.
We take a loving approach to maternity care. In our family-centered care environment, mothers and newborns stay together in the same room and share the same nurse. It’s that kind of warm setting that gently encourages our new families to bond with their babies.
Our Newborn Transition Nursery and our Special Care Nursery provide specialized care for babies who need extra attention. For babies requiring intensive care, our level III c neonatal intensive care unit provides the most sophisticated level of high-risk care in San Antonio. Expert maternal-infant transport teams stand by for mothers and babies at other facilities who require intensive care.
From our experienced board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians to the latest in newborn intensive care, we're prepared to handle anything that puts you or your baby at risk.
