This recognition of excellence highlights the dedication and willingness of the care team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of cardiac rehabilitation care possible.
Cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation programs are designed to help people quickly recover from cardiovascular problems--for example, heart attacks and coronary artery bypass graft surgery--and pulmonary problems such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory symptoms.
