Auxiliaries
Many of the volunteers at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa also join one of our auxiliaries. These people enjoy volunteering as well as the social aspect of the auxiliary.
Benefits of auxiliary membership include a free meal to those who volunteer at least four hours a day, free parking in a covered garage and an annual awards luncheon.
Volunteers can choose from three different auxiliaries:
- The CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-City Centre Auxiliary sponsors many fund-raising events including jewelry, art, book and other sales. This auxiliary also operates the downtown campus gift shop and popcorn machine. All profits go directly to the hospital. Annual dues are $2.
- CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-Medical Center Auxiliary sponsors fund-raising events such as jewelry, art and book sales. The auxiliary also operates the medical center gift shop. All profits go directly to the hospital.
Annual dues are $5. - The CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital Auxiliary activities include the Russell Sewing Group, which makes garments for newborns, and the Ivy Cottage, an antique shop that specializes in furniture, glassware and jewelry. All profits go directly to the hospital. Annual dues are $5.
