Endowments
An endowment can be established either with an immediate gift or through a bequest in your will. An endowment is a separately managed fund that is commonly named for the donor. The endowment may be established to support a specific program or service. Named endowments can be set up with a minimum contribution of $100,000. Additional amounts may be added at any time by the donor or their family and friends.
Endowments provide perpetual support because the income produced each year is available to be spent for the stated purpose while the principal amount of the endowment fund is preserved without being spent. Endowments may be established for many important purposes. We invite you to call the foundation office at (210) 704-2541 to discuss how you can establish a named endowment fund for one of our foundations.
